It is official, Jim Winchester has retired after 40 years of
remarkable service. The Greater San Joaquin Umpire
Association (GSJUA) would like to thank Jim and his wonderful
wife, Vera for all that they have done for the softball
community. Jim was honored at the 2009 Hall of Fame
